Langford House

For our new current residence! Our youngest baby : OUR FIRST HOUSE! 

 I'm getting ready to start changing things up a bit.. SO while I still have more photos coming, here is the house already :)

Before

I know the photo is kinda dark, but you can see the walls were mustard yellow, and the painted the half walls to match :(. I've come to the conclusion, that while I really like yellow paint, I don't like it in my house. And this place def. made that certain, seeing how everything was YELLOW.

When we moved in these lovely shelves weren't here, but one of our house guests made them for me to have storage for our dvd's. Love them :)

There is a back hallway, that we will be using as a mudroom with a back door, then the door in the middle heads down to the basement, and then the door to the right heads to the first floor full bath.

*Slight* UPDATE:

Off the kitchen we have a full bathroom.

I already had everything pretty much set up when this photo was taken,

but a few months after I decided to add some

bold horizontal stripes.

To say I love how these came out is an understatement :)

They spruced up the space fantastically.

I got these two paintings from a friend of ours, who is truly

a talented artist. 

I like having personalized art, that you can't

find in a store.

Next we head upstairs.

I painted our bedroom before we moved in, and failed to snap

any before photos.

We added board and batten for an accent wall behind our bed.
